What is a par-baked loaf?
A par-baked sourdough loaf has been baked completely but taken out of the oven just before the colour of the crust darkens. This method allows you to store the bread in the freezer for up to 2 wekes until you’re ready to enjoy freshly baked bread at home! Just pop it in the oven and enjoy a crunchy blistered crust with a nutty, slightly sour aroma.
